Tile and ornamental concrete have been around for thousands of years and the attempts to bring them together are too numerous to mention. Finally, in the middle 1980's one man, Michael Kelly, was so determined to make it work that he invested years, and lots of sets that had to be destroyed, into creating a process that would successfully bring the two elements together in a way that is simply wonderful to behold
