Marketing Approaches

We use two approaches in marketing to our prospective client base.

Our first approach entails a visit to your company upon invitation, where we will provide you with enough information for you to make an informed decision favorable to adopting our comprehensive process for your management team. And we will make it enjoyable.

The second is based on the old Whitman Chocolates marketing process…

You may recall the small box of four chocolates. The concept is that if you buy the small box and like it you will buy the big box. We have adapted that to all of our programs and processes. Why adopt large corporate wide training without testing it on a few of your key people first?

We have classes in Virginia to do exactly that. Send us a few of your key people to experience the program and process directly, (in the case of WE CARE, your whole team). Then if it is all it is represented to be you can have more confidence in adopting the program company wide. We recommend sending at least two, and ideally three for redundancy and reliability of feedback. For scheduling and pricing information, see Virginia Beach Seminars.

If you like what you see, and are more assertive and confident in your decision making around adoption of comprehensive computer based OJT management development process, give us a call for an invitation to come to your firm and provide you with an in-depth articulate presentation of how this process is designed, conduct a diagnostic which will become the foundation for a proposal for the most effective manner in which your firm can benefit from our process, and an enjoyable business exchange.
