Dr. John Mlinarcik, PhD


As the founder & CEO of PCS-Global, a management consulting, organizational development & performance enhancement firm, Dr. John Mlinarcik, Ph.D. is about helping people change.

With over 60,000 patient hours as a psychologist, he is approaching a similar amount of experience in business-improvement consulting, organizational-alignment and performance-enhancement with individuals & teams through his targeted & measurable copyrighted V-Track© process.

 

He served as the charter Vice President of Polk Professional Services, a national in-dealership training & consulting division of R.L. Polk & Co., a 134-year-old international automotive intelligence company. This division worked closely with the OEM & Strategic Market business units of Polk to provide a portfolio of integrated & complimentary product and service solutions throughout the automotive channel.

Dr. Mlinarcik is the former COO of The Nickelsen Group, the premiere automotive dealership consulting company and business partner with 137-year old Reynolds & Reynolds. Following this position, he was the Senior Director of Reynolds Consulting, where he developed and account-managed automotive consulting projects ranging from single point “mom-pop” shops to multi-million dollar complex OEM initiatives aligning people, reengineering processes, conducting training and integrating technology for 239 dealerships.

Dr. John conducts specialized presentations & workshops in the automotive industry throughout North America. His focus has been calling attention to the changing landscape of the retail automotive industry and advising organizations on how to retain customers and prepare employees to embrace change through CRM initiatives, customized training, management development and confidential consultations. He has delivered workshops at six NADA national conventions.

Dr. Mlinarcik has earned his Bachelor of Science degree in social psychology, two independent masters’ degrees in school psychology and clinical psychology, and his doctoral degree in clinical/organizational psychology.

Connie Mlinarcik co-owns and operates a 127-acre executive retreat center in central Michigan, overlooking Budd Lake. Their granddaughter Halle, along with her mother Cathy & father, Jonathan Mlinarcik, MBA & Regent Law School student, live in the Virginia Beach area. Their youngest son, Geoffrey, is an Interlochen Arts Academy & Indiana University MSIS graduate – employed with Accenture in their Chicago office specializing in data security systems
